Introduction to the WholeHealth Model & Method
This course provides on overview of the WholeHealth Model and provides a patient case example to demonstrate how it is applied in practice.
Our WholeHealth Model holds three approaches in one framework: advanced practice integrative nursing, functional medicine, and conventional medicine. Each approach sees something the others miss. Each has blind spots the others can correct. Patients and practitioners have long been forced to choose between them, or to integrate them alone.
The WholeHealth Model integrates the strengths of integrative nursing, functional and conventional medicine into a single coherent, pragmatic approach — turning whole-person care from a philosophy into a method: deliberate, teachable, replicable, and designed to create health.
